At Velmora Fabrics, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Return / Exchange Window

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for return or exchange:

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

• All original tags and packaging must be intact

• The item must be returned in the same condition as received

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges are not applicable for:

• Products purchased during special sales or promotions

• Items that are used, washed, or damaged by the customer

• Products without original tags or packaging

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed for:

• Size issues

• Manufacturing defects

• Incorrect item received

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

Refund Process

After receiving the returned item and completing quality inspection:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

• Refund will be issued to the original payment method or store credit

Shipping and COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with images or videos of the product.
